The treatment design of Prevail Addiction Recovery Center is shaped by the experiences, struggles, and triumphs of our founders. Through our lived experience, we’ve learned what effective addiction treatment looks like. We believe that successful sobriety can be achieved through accountability, like-minded community, therapeutic structure, and an understanding of the difference between getting sober and staying sober.
Meet Our Team
Clinical Director
Dom Alvarado, LCSW, LAC
Dom has worked in the addiction field since 2017, with experience ranging from Primary Therapist through Chief Clinical Officer. Dom is thrilled to be Clinical Director at Prevail Addiction Recovery Center and is dedicated to providing top-tier treatment to the Medicaid population.
Like many of his past and future clients, Dom has had his battles with addiction. He knows the struggle of denial, to trying to white-knuckle abstinence, to multiple treatments before finding his recovery in the 12 Steps. He acknowledges that it was the combination of all of these experiences, but particularly the help of a few key professionals and sponsors that made recovery possible, and hopes to provide PARC’s clients with a space to connect with those professionals and others in recovery so they can also find a life of connection, service, and purpose.
